I did badly in PPEP because i was tired, SIB went much better than i expected, this exam was going to be one of my best, i spent ages revising, thought i knew all of it, the only thing missing was further reading and lack of time the day before to go over everything again properly..... I knew about phytoremediation and cadmium tolerance from PPEP essays so read those and hoped for a bioremediation question, but alas it wasnt to be.... instead i had the WORST paper i could imagine! Well GM was ok in the end i suppose, apart from transposon mutagenesis it was my worst GM lecture... we got a Serpula question.... Xiao managed to borrow DJDs book, all i can say is i regret not having been there when they looked through that book! That wood question really bugged me! Because i didnt really study much about those pictures, he spites me by asking about them! Boo! And my mind was so preoccupied with those pictures i didnt really think and plan my essay, consequently i didnt write about FSP, MC in wood (dispite the question asking directly about MC, doh!), on the way home all i could think about was that question and how much i knew about and could have written but didnt. Or how if i re-wrote it it could have a MUCH better structure etc. And thats all without looking at my notes once..... i REALLY REALLY hate exams. I found Lambs food and drinks letcure really hard to study, and again it turns up. I couldnt do the other wood question well, so HAD to do that one.... it was awful! I have no detail whatsoever, i dont even think what i wrote had much relevance to the question. *sigh* another C standard paper..... gonna fail at this rate!
